Tri-State Industrial Health Screening was founded in 1988 by a licensed respiratory therapist and registered nurse to provide on-site audiometric testing, hearing conservation training and respirator medical clearance services to companies throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Over the past 30+ years, we have continued to expand and innovate the services we provide as regulatory requirements change and our clients’ needs evolve.

Today, we continue to provide audiometric (hearing) testing, hearing conservation training, respirator fit testing and respirator medical clearance services using state-of-the-art equipment and certified, experienced and knowledgeable staff.
